Looking for admins! [OPEN]

Just because there are some people who already asked for the positions doesn't mean that you shouldn't ask too! The more the better, right?

Yes, you read the title correctly. We are in search for new admins again! Read the journal carefully.

We are almost at 13 000 members (yay us) and since we get up to 100 submissions a day, things tend to get a bit complicated when someone's busy.

The applications are open until we find enough people.

Please note that I will...well, fire your admin ass in case you aren't active enough.
(unless you notify us beforehand that you are going to be inactive for a while, or slower with the submissions. You don't even need to give us a reason because it's really none of our business, just don't disappear all of a sudden.)



Now onto the serious stuff, here's what you'll have to do if by any chance you become one of the special kids admins:

Take care of submissions, meaning- vote on each submission and make sure to explain people why their submission was declined and all that stuff, IF they ask for a reason or if you see it necessary or feel like doing it. (because most of the reasons are nicely listed in the Submission guidelines and rules)

Generally providing help around the group; answering notes and questions in the comments.

Any other stuff that might be happening around.



In order to be our admin, you MUST be:

A) member of this group (duh).
B) deviant for 6 months (minimum) so you know how stuff works around here.
C) fantasy lover
D) nice person (if you love kittens and puppies that's a bonus)
E) be serious about this and don't lose interest and stop voting and helping after a week. That's really NOT a nice thing to do.
